Discover OUR KITCHEN AND STAFF ARE EAGER TO OFFER GUESTS SOME UNFORGETTABLE FLAVOURS IN A NATURAL SETTING, IMMERSED IN RELAXING QUIET.

The large dining room features a glass wall overlooking the vineyards below. Its tasteful decor is based on furniture designed in house and crafted by local artisans, while a veranda is ideal for al fresco dining on summer evenings. 
Menus use only local produce, from meat and speciality charcuterie and cheeses to vegetables from the Cincinnato gardens, and fresh patisserie and desserts prepared by our chefs. The restaurant is open to farmhouse guests and to non-residents on weekends.

- Ravioli with ricotta filling, roasted tomato cream, eggplant and walnut

- Casarecce (handmade short egg pasta of our chef) with a basil, Itrana olives and roasted almonds sauce

POLLUCE - Nero Buono IGT
 - Maltagliati (handmade short egg pasta of our chef) with aged sheep cheese, pepper, marjoram and seasonal vegetables
- Buckwheat lasagne with bacon, green beans, raw tomatoes and mozzarella

ARCATURA - Cesanese IGT
Cellitti (handmade short egg pasta of our chef) with pigs' cheeks, tomatoes, mint and aged sheep cheese
