Located on the volcanic hills of the Cori area at an altitude of about 200-250 meters above sea level. Volcanic-clay soils, south-west exposure, and vertical trellis training system.
Early harvest in August to enhance floral notes of red rose and fruity hints of blackberry, raspberry, and cherry. Traditional vinification in stainless steel with short maceration and low-temperature fermentation at 24°C.
