Rosé made from Nero Buono: Mediterranean flowers and fruits.

Located on the volcanic hills of the Cori area at an altitude of about 200-250 meters above sea level. Volcanic-clay soils, south-west exposure, and vertical trellis training system.
Harvested in August to enhance red fruit notes - strawberry, raspberry - and citrus hints of grapefruit and orange. Rosé obtained through white vinification, fermented at low temperatures (14-16 °C).
